Really nice comforter and pillows on the bed, very nice extras in bathroom amenities, wonderful, shower, pressure and hot water. So nice to have a little fridge for drinks, balcony was also lovely, although you cannot see the view when sitting down because there is a brick wall instead of bars as the railing. But I understand that’s for safety reasons. The suite was well thought out, with a desk if you need to work at even a platform where to place your suitcase, and plenty of hangers in the closet. The suite was well insulated and quiet, and the location was fairly quiet as well, but still closed to restaurants and very walkable. overall a great stay.

A very comfortable room. Hotel has all the facilities you need for a family trip. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to downtown and Av. Chapultepec.

Centrally located and a short ride to main attractions in downtown. Also pleasantly surprised that the breakfast was included. Good too

Very well located hotel within safe walking distance of many restaurants and shops! Staff were always so helpful and friendly and professional! Excellent experience! Would return and stay there again in a heartbeat!

The staff was so kind and willing to help by going above and beyond. This place is definitely on the nicer side with plenty of amenities and great location close to food and things to do.

Everything was good. All the staff is friendly ☺️. The only thing they need to work is with the FB department. Room service took for ever, more than an hour for two beers and a club sandwich. But I have to be honest I liked the hotel and I definitely came in back
